What we receive from Instagram comments
MEW Social Media OS uses the Instagram API only for @mewteetawat's own professional account. When you comment a keyword on a post that has an automatic reply turned on, we receive the comment ID, the post ID, and the comment text through Meta webhooks, and may send you one automated private reply with the link promised in the post. We may retain commenter identifiers and available usernames to maintain canonical Contacts and prevent duplicate actions. We do not cross-link a website email to an Instagram account without proof. Outbound Instagram automation for the SITE campaign remains disabled. Comment text is deleted automatically within 30 days; delivery records keep only the comment ID, the matched keyword, and the delivery status.
How to request deletion
Send a direct message to @mewteetawat on Instagram with the link to the post and roughly when you commented, or the email/LINE you used in a form on this website. We delete the related comment and delivery records, and any form data, and confirm by reply within 30 days. Removing your comment on Instagram does not by itself delete a record we already made, so please send the request.
